Pricing Policy
- Hey there! Just so you know, our quotes are pretty spot on, but we like to make sure everything checks out with your yard first. On our initial visit, we’ll take a good look around and let you know if the price needs any tweaking before we scoop up any trouble. We promise to keep you in the loop if there’s any change—no surprises here!
- Also, if you decide to hit the pause button on our services for a bit, there’ll be a small initial cleaning fee to get you back on the monthly roster. It’s all about keeping your yard in tip-top shape!
Payment Policy
- Payments:
- One-Time Cleanups: Payment is due immediately after service.
- Monthly Service: If you continue after an initial cleanup, you’ll be billed for the remainder of the month during your second visit.
- Recurring Services: Monthly payments are due on the first day of the month. A $10 fee applies for late payments. Without payment by the first cleaning of the month, service will be paused.
- Pricing and Fees:
- Our fees are calculated on a 52-week year, averaged over 12 months, with no extra charge for 5-week months.
- When linking a debit or credit card, a $1.50 test transaction will be run (no actual money taken).
Weather Policy
- Service Schedule:
- DooDutyWaste operates year-round and will always show up when weather conditions are safe, regardless of rain, snow, or other unfavorable conditions.
- Weather Interruptions:
- If we can’t service your yard due to unsafe weather one week, we’ll perform double duty the following week. You’ll still be charged for the full month since the workload doubles.
- Winter Subscription Benefits:
- Clients who maintain their subscription through the winter won’t be charged for spring cleanup after snow melts and will enjoy their subscription plan at locked-in rates.
Locked Gate Policy
- Access Issues:
- If we can’t access your yard due to a locked gate, you’ll still be charged for the cleaning. However, we’ll pull double duty the following week to make up for it.
- Communication:
- Your Scoop Technician will knock and attempt to call you before skipping your yard for the day. You’ll also receive a notification via the customer portal.
Cancelation Policy
- Cancellation Policy:
- DooDutyWaste requires no contracts. Customers can cancel or change their subscription at any time with a 48-hour notice. This can be done by phone or through the customer portal.
- Service Pauses:
- If you pause services seasonally, you’ll be charged an initial or spring cleanup fee when resuming your monthly plan.
- Refunds:
- Customers canceling mid-month will receive refunds for the unprovided services, processed to the payment method on file in the customer portal.
Aggressive Pet Policy
- Pet-Friendly Service:
- Our technicians enjoy working with dogs and can perform their duties even with your dog in the yard.
- Handling Aggressive Dogs:
- If your dog is aggressive or prevents us from cleaning, we’ll try to contact you by knocking, calling, and updating your online portal.
- Should we be unable to clean due to a dangerous dog, you’ll still be charged for the visit. To compensate, DooDutyWaste will perform double duty the following week.
